This year we will be participating in a few different programs to help raise money for our school. They are Box Tops for Education and Campbell’s Labels for Education. Please look for the Box Top for Education logo on items* that you purchase. Then cut the logo out along the dotted lines and send in to your child's teacher. Each label is worth 10 cents or more in some cases.   Also, when shopping please look for Campbell's Labels for Education on various products. Remove the Campbell's Soup label and cut out the UPC’s and send them in.  Through this program we earn points which can be redeemed for items in the Campbell’s reward catalog.

In addition to raising money and earning supplies for the school, there will be school contests to recognize and reward the top homerooms in each school.  For more information about the programs you can go to the links below.  If you have questions about the school’s status or the contests you can contact PAL.

Recycling at EWA

Recycling is an easy way for your family to earn cash for EWA-PAL. We are able to recycle Ink jet cartridges, toner cartridges, and cell phones. Uniform Store:

Your EWA used uniforms can be donated to PAL by dropping them off in the recycled box in the Elementary School or leaving them with Ms. Perry in the Middle School office or Ms. Best in the High School Office.   Once enough uniforms are collected there will be a sale day and time announced.  Sales will be approximately 25% to 30% off of retail cost.  All proceeds will go to PAL, to benefit East Wake Academy. 

Community Partnerships

Target

When you shop at TARGET and use your TARGET credit card, designate East Wake Academy as your school and we receive 1% of the total sales. If you shop at Harris Teeter use your VIC card and give them our school number 3953 starting in August. We will receive 1% of the total of Harris Teeter brand products that are purchased.

Harris Teeter gives us a percentage of sales if you register your card.  You can link your Harris Teeter card online @ www.HarrisTeeter.com.  Click on the “Together in Education” link. This must be done at the start of every school year for us to get credit.

Food Lion gives us a percentage of sales if you register your MVP card.  Go to www.Foodlion.com.  Click on “Food Lion Corporate”, then “Community Involvement” and “Register your MVP card.”
