Good Morning Senior Academy
STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
Our final BOOSTERS Dress Down Day of the year will be Thursday, April 6th. All funds raised will go towards making improvements to our weight room. Students can bring $4.00 Thursday morning and dress down. As a reminder, Booster dress down days are separate and NOT included on the yearly pass. Teachers will not be able to make change so anything over $4.00 will be considered a donation. Thank you for supporting EWA Athletics. Go Eagles!!

Senior Prom!: Juniors & Seniors, you will be receiving your prom invitation this Wednesday!! Tickets for the Senior Prom are $65/person. Mrs. Cyrus & Mrs. E Massey will be selling tickets during lunch Monday- Thursday, beginning on Tuesday, 4/11 through Thursday, May 5th. If you are not on campus during lunch please see Mrs. Cyrus or Mrs. E Massey to purchase tickets.

EWA NEWS:
Mudcat Field Trip Information: For those who are attending the Mudcats field trip next Wednesday, if your driver is someone other than a parent guardian, sibling, or yourself, your parent will need to email ldavis@eastwakeacademy.org to give consent.
If you are a student driver who is planning on driving someone other than a sibling, your parent will need to email us their consent.
Students at Mudcats will not be allowed to leave with anyone that we do not have permission to release them to.

EWA K-12 Field Trip/Educational Day: Our school spring field trip will be Wednesday, April 12th at the Mudcats Stadium in Zebulon, NC. All students K-12 will be attending an EWA Mudcats Educational Day!

SPORTS:
In a tight game vs Heritage high school the JV baseball team ended up winning 7-5. The Eagles were led offensively by Dexter Benton who had 3 hits and two stolen bases and by a 2 run home run hit by Preston Navas late in the game. On the mound Mason Brantley and Jackson Brown tallied up 10 strikeouts. And in the bottom of the 7th Will Connolly made his debut on the mound striking out 2 batters in the last inning and getting the save. The JV Eagles now sit at 4-1 coming into the last half of the season, Come out and support Wednesday Night at 5:30 as they take on the Franklinton Red Rams!
