Good Morning Senior Academy
STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
HIP HOP TEAM: Auditions for next year's Hip Hop Team will be TODAY Thursday, April 20th from 3:30pm-4:30pm in the high school dance room. The team will consist of 9th-12th graders, so current 8th graders may audition for next year's team!

In honor of Autism Awareness month, through the end of the month Student Council will be accepting donations for our Pie in the Face Fundraiser to help raise money for a local Autism Awareness group.
If you would like to see your favorite teacher get pied in the face by a member of the student council, come to the half circle at lunch.
Every dollar donated for the teacher you choose will get a vote to be pied in the face on April 28th. The top 3 teachers with the most money donated in their name will be pied and ANY teacher who has over $150 total donated will receive a $25 amazon gift card, even if they are not in the top 3!
100% of all the money donated will go to a local Autism Awareness group.
If you have been accepted to a university and or college, and if you have received a scholarship, please email Mrs. Ray at dray@eastwakeacademy.org today.

May 31st - Graduation - @ 7 pm - Raleigh Memorial Auditorium
Senior Prom!:
To purchase prom tickets or pick up a guest form, please see Mrs. Cyrus in the high school dance room during lunch, Monday-Friday. Tickets will be sold until Friday, May 5th. Tickets are $65/person. Cash or check made payable to EWA. If possible, please try to have exact change.
Attention Senior Parents: Thank you to those who have already contributed toward the Senior Breakfast! This event is 100% sponsored by Senior Parents. EWA PTA LOGO CONTEST: East Wake Academy Partners in Academic Learning (EWA PAL) is REBRANDING! EWA PAL will become the East Wake Academy Parent Teacher Alliance (EWA PTA) in the coming school year! We are looking to our talented EWA Family for the design of our NEW LOGO!
Contest Rules:
1. Use school colors
2. Must have the new name in logo
3. Must be turned in by 5pm TODAY 4/20 to info@ewapal.com
4. Format must be PDF or JPG
5. Logo should be a minimum of 4”x4”
6. Please submit on a plain white background
Contest Prize: $50 Sheetz Gift Card
Voting on new logo will be done at the 4/24 PAL Parent drop in meeting from 3:30-6:30pm Winner will be announced on 4/25 **Logo contest is open to EWA staff and students grades 9-12. Good luck and Thank you!
