Middle Academy Announcements
FBLA - Future Business Leaders of America - will be the 2nd Friday of the month from 8:00-8:15 in Spirit Hall. Our first (VERY IMPORTANT) meeting will be Friday August 11. The cost for FBLA is $25 and is set up in myschoolbucks. The last day to pay the club fee is August 31! All students in 7th & 8th grade are eligible to join.
Are you interested in being a leader at school? There will be an interest meeting for Middle Academy Student Council on Wednesday 8/10 during lunch in Spirit Hall. Please no heat ups as it will be a busy meeting.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found for Middle is now housed in the office. If you know students are missing
items, please send them down to look BEFORE SCHOOL/HOMEROOM or DURING LUNCH.
All unclaimed items will be donated at the end of each month.

No students are to be dropped off or picked up at building 5. Any student reported will receive disciplinary action.
Middle Academy Events
Middle School carpool does not begin until 3:15. If you arrive earlier you will be asked to go to the back of the line. Students are in class until their release time of 3:15.
Students,
During carpool, you are to be seated in your classroom watching the screen for your carpool number to come up. Students are not to be in the hallways, standing up within the classroom, but waiting for your number to be displayed. Parents are not to arrive before 3:20. Students are to only be dismissed by your teacher to head to carpool when you both see your number come up. Any students seen at carpool without permission or prior to release time will face disciplinary action. Thank you for following the rules that have been in place for your safety.
Middle Academy Sports Events
Fall Sports tryouts will be today.(No students are to be dismissed before 3:30 for on campus tryouts and no earlier than carpool for off campus tryouts) Please make sure that you have turned in your tryout packet Tryout Packet to Coach Bowman if you are planning on trying out for sports. Coach Bowman will give you a tryout ticket and you will give it to your coach on tryout day.
Cross Country: Meet on the lower field behind trailer 5. Tryouts from 4-5:30
Volleyball: Meet in Gym 3:45-5:15
Boys Soccer: Meet at Knightdale Station Soccer Field 4-5:30pm 810 N. First Avenue Knightdale, NC 27545
