Immunizations

State law regarding immunizations applies to all students regardless of enrollment, however, Twelfth grade students' vaccinations will be verified. There are specific vaccine requirements for the 12th grade. A copy of the vaccine record (ideally a copy from the physician office) which verifies these vaccines MUST be submitted within 30 days of school.
