Senior Academy Announcements

Good Morning Senior Academy!


STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:

EOC Testing schedule is included. 

  • EOC/CTE testing (December 14th-18th) will be ON CAMPUS
  • Enter the campus by Industrial Drive ONLY, between 8:15am -8:45am so students can be screened prior to exiting their automobile. 
  • Student drivers will not exit their vehicles until they have been screened.
  • Once screened, students will enter the Senior Academy building ONLY through the main entrance. 
  • Please refer to the “Fall 2020 Exam and Testing Schedule” for individual testing dates and times. Remember to be on time for testing and picking up your student once testing is complete. 
  • WINGS will not be available.
  • Face coverings are required for all students, teachers and staff. 
  • Students will not be required to wear school uniforms when they come on campus for testing, December 14th-18th.


HS PARENTS/GUARDIANS:

Attention seniors and senior parents: Please email the following to Mrs. Coward

  • Baby/toddler photo
  • Recent candid
  • Senior quote: (quote needs to be a complete sentence. Not one word or two. It must be appropriate to run in the yearbook. Be prepared for another quote if Mrs. Coward feels your quote is not appropriate)

**Driver Eligibility Certificate important information: Parents -  after 12:00 noon on December 17th, Driver Eligibility forms will not be available to be picked up until school is back in session after Track out. Please reach out to Mrs. Campbell for an appointment or further information  Driver’s Education information for Driver Eligibility forms, Permits and Licenses can be found on our Senior Academy website, under “Driver’s Education”.

Records Request for Students:  We understand that some families will explore other educational opportunities for their child, and we support that right. Please let us know what you may need for your exploration, and we will help. But be advised: (By Law) if East Wake Academy receives a formal record request from another school for your child, that child will be withdrawn from East Wake Academy for the following school year (2021 - 2022). East Wake Academy's receipt of the request is final and out of our hands legally. Please be in contact with Mrs. Campbell so she can help you. The following students participated in the FBLA Virtual Regional Leadership Conference and Competition on Saturday Dec 12! They represented EWA very well!! Great job guys!!
