Women of History Month
Alexis Bledel is a well-known American actress. One of her first major appearances in TV was in Gilmore Girls TV series as Rory Gilmore, which rose young actress to fame. Very popular amongst teens and young adults, she is also a great producer and model.

Middle Academy Events
Good Afternoon Middle Academy Parents,
I hope all of you are well and managing the roller coaster weather we are currently experiencing. I just have to remember to keep a coat, boots, shades, and umbrella in the car so that I am prepared for anything! It is now time for you to choose which option your family would like for the fourth quarter. The Board voted to remain in the cohort model through the end of the year. This means we will continue Monday/Tuesday- cohort A and Wednesday/Thursday- cohort B with Friday being fully remote. Once we have our results from the surveys we will be able to share our instructional plan in detail for the quarter. All students will continue to receive live daily instruction with teachers. Please copy and paste the link below for your child's grade level and indicate whether you prefer virtual learning or face to face instruction for 4th quarter. If you have more than one child in middle school, please complete the survey for each child under their current grade level. Thank you for all that you continue to do and let us know if you have questions.

Middle Academy Sports Events

Please find important information in the link Amended Sports Schedule 20-21 regarding the updated status of sports this year. We are very excited to announce that currently, all teams will be playing a sports season.

**When athletes have away games they will be dismissed at 2:45. Please initial the roster located outside of the Middle School entrance. Do NOT enter the Middle School office.**

Attention any 6th-8th grade athlete who is interested in trying out for Middle School Volleyball, Boys Soccer, or Cross Country: Please make sure you have a completed and up to date tryout packet ready to turn in by March 17th. Visit our athletic website (goewaeagles.org) and click the files/link tab to find the full tryout packet. Scan your completed packet and email to Coach Eason (ceason@eastwakeacademy.org) or bring with you to your first tryout date.
*Please make sure you have a mask to wear during your time on campus. Only athletes trying out may be present during tryouts/practices.
