STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
This Friday 9/17 during Smartblock, the Civics & Economics classes will be having a Constitution Day Parade. There will be no Smartblock tomorrow. The parade will begin at 11:15 so student will stay in their 2nd period classes. Once the parade is over students will be dismissed for lunch.

Spanish Club will meet next Wednesday instead of today.
East Wake Academy is excited to offer a new international travel opportunity to students for the Summer of 2023 to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Italy. FBLA meeting - has been changed to this Friday Sept 17 at lunch in the Baker Center! Please check google classroom for any updated information. If you have emailed Mrs Warren about any competitions, she will get back to you this week with more information.

"The men’s basketball program will be hosting workouts this Saturday September 18th 10am-12pm. This workout is open to all EWA students who are interested in playing basketball this upcoming season. Mask are required to enter the gym. Hope to see everyone this Saturday!"

Each year the American people observe Hispanic heritage month from the 15th of September, until the 15th of October in order to celebrate the history, culture and contributions of influential Hispanic people. Each day this week, we will celebrate people from the Spanish world and their contributions by highlighting various Influential and respected leaders from the Hispanic community.
