STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
High School Fall Spirit Week: 11/01 - 11/05: The week of November 1-5, Senior Academy will be participating in Spirit Week! This year’s days include: Pajama Day Monday, Country vs. Country Club Tuesday, Anything But a Bookbag Wednesday, Group Costume Thursday, and Color Wars Friday. Spirit Week is a wonderful opportunity for students to express their creativity and school spirit! We look forward to seeing everyone’s outfits throughout the week. Please see the attached document with the updated Spirit Week guidelines.
SENIORS:
Senior Cap & Gown pictures are scheduled for 11/9 for those interested (Cap and Gown will be provided for pictures by Strawbridge.)
Senior Parents, make sure you purchase your Senior's Cap and Gown package from Jostens by November 1st. This will ensure it gets here before Graduation. Go to www.jostens.com to order online. You are required to purchase the Cap, Gown, Tassel and EWA Stole. Senior's cannot use previous graduates Cap and Gown. If you have any questions, please contact Jostens at 919-789-8500 or jubal.stagner.office@jostens.com.
CLUBS:
"Spanish club will be selling Day of the Dead goodie bags at the half circle at lunch. Bags are $2 each or 2/$3. Purchases help unlock a chance to win a prize at the end of this week!"

HS FAMILIES:
RE-ENROLLMENT: For Returning Students Only
- It is almost Re-enrollment time. Re-enrollment for the 2022 - 2023 school year begins November 8 at 8:00 am and ends November 22 at noon. Please do not wait until the deadline to start the process. Everyone should already have a Parent Portal account set up in PowerSchool. This is the only way to get into the Re-enrollment System. Sibling(s) will apply in January (more information to come).
- If you do not have a parent account for PowerSchool (username and password), or if you can not access your account, please get in touch with Mrs. Campbell TODAY! The best way to contact her is through email at kcampbell@eastwakeacademy.org. Again, the deadline for Re-enrollment is November 22 at noon. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- If you do not complete the re-enrollment by the deadline, you forfeit your spot at EWA and will have to apply in January for the Lottery. If you know you will not be returning, please let Kim Campbell know as soon as possible (kcampbell@eastwakeacademy.org).
- Records Request for Students: We understand that some families will explore other educational opportunities for their children, and we are ok with that process. Please let us know what you may need for your exploration, and we will help. But be advised: if East Wake Academy receives a record request from another school for your child, that child will be withdrawn from East Wake Academy for the following school year (2022 – 2023). East Wake Academy's receipt of the request is final and out of our hands legally. Please be in contact with Mrs. Campbell so she can help you.
