Happy Belated Birthday to Mr. Ralli, who celebrated his birthday on Saturday, February 19th, and to Ms. Ring, who celebrated her birthday on the 21st!!!

STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:

The ACT will be next Tuesday, March 1st for all Juniors. There will be no off-campus lunch on this day.

SPORTS:

“Congrats to the varsity boys basketball team for their 100-51 win against Cape Hatteras in the first round of the state playoffs. They will play North Edgecombe in the second round.” 

 “Congrats to the Varsity girls basketball team for their 48-45 road win against Southeast Halifax in the first round of the state playoffs. They will play Falls Lake Academy in the second round.”

*All playoff games will include a $7 entry per person.

There will be a First Priority Leadership meeting on Wednesday to plan for the Engage week.  We will meet at lunch in Broadwell’s room.

EWA is excited to continue its partnership with EF to offer once in a lifetime opportunity for travel for our families. • East Wake Academy's Lottery for the 2022 – 2023: On March 9, 2022, the lottery will take place at 9:00 am in the Eagle Hall in the High School.  You will receive an email within 45 minutes of the lottery, letting you know whether you got in and what the next steps will be for you to complete.  If waitlisted (not all SIBLINGS are guaranteed admission – you are guaranteed priority in the lottery.  Admission is based on open space.), you will receive an email letting you know what number you are on the waitlist.
