Good Morning Senior Academy
STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
The first Student Council meeting will be held this Wednesday, TODAY August 24th after school in Mr. Raynor's room beginning at 3:20.
Attention students enrolled in CCP classes: Your classes will begin Monday August 15. Be sure to check your Nash email daily for updates for your classes.
SENIORS:
Seniors and Senior Parents and Guardians: Senior meeting provided lots of important information concerning Senior year, academics and graduation. Please CLICK HERE to access the presentation.
There are spots left in the Senior parking lot. Seniors if you are interested in parking on campus this year and have not purchased a spot See Mrs. Ray TODAY. You have until August 31 to request and purchase a spot. You have to have a parking tag to park on campus.
Graduation and Information:
- TODAY - August 24th 10:55 to 11:30 - Seniors meet with Jostens - Graduation Stuff
- August 31st - 11:15 - 12:15 Jostens will be in HS taking orders for Class Rings and Graduation Stuff
Please be sure to access the senior google classroom and fill out the Senior College Questionnaire that was posted yesterday. This questionnaire is designed to gauge your interest in getting assistance and support when choosing the right college or program for you and filling out the applications and paperwork that may be a bit confusing. Please fill this out even if you do not need assistance regarding your future plans. If you note that you need assistance, Ms. Griswold will send you a link to schedule an individual meeting. All college-related questions can be emailed to pgriswold@eastwakeacademy.org

EWA News:
First quarter PAL meeting is Monday, August 29th at 7pm in Eagle Hall located in the HS building.
Remember to join PAL and be signed up for Dress Down. To purchase: go online to the PAL website at EAST WAKE ACADEMY PAL and choose between the annual pass or the bi-monthly pass hurry annual pass deadline is September 5th and the bi-monthly pass deadline is September 9th!!
CLUBS:
Spanish club will meet Wednesday TODAY during lunch in Shafer's room
FBLA will meet Friday August 26 in Mrs Warren's room at lunch!! Enrollment form and $25 dues are due by this date!!!
First Priority will meet at the covered area at the back of the Senior Academy on Thursday, not in the Baker Center. This is during lunch. See you there!
SPORTS:
“Varsity soccer improves to 4-0 after defeating Vance Charter 3-0. Eagles were led in Scoring by Freshman Trey Philpot who had 2 goals and 1 assist. Senior captain Carter Moore also had 1 goal in the win. Great job guys!”
“Optional baseball workouts will be held on August 25th at Pilot Lions Park from 4-6 pm. Anyone interested in varsity or JV is welcome to attend”
