Good Morning Senior Academy
STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
K-11 Uniform Yearbook Picture Day is Wednesday Aug. 31st
make up/retake day is Wednesday Oct. 26th.
- Students need to be in a school approved uniform wearing a collared shirt, in order to have their picture today this day for the yearbook.
- All K-11 students and staff will be photographed *Seniors can have their picture taken if they want, but they are not required!
Sophomores and Juniors, please stop by Mrs. Campbell's office Monday (8/29) or Tuesday (8/30). Mrs. Campbell would like to give you the "Commitment to Graduation" card. This is a commitment card that you will Graduate from EWA. It's a license size. Anyone that is a Sophomore or Junior should have a card.
Attention students enrolled in CCP classes: The Traditional Start CCP classes will begin on Monday August 29th. Information for your class may not be available until 8am. If you do not see anything on your Curriculum Moodle by 9am, please let Mrs. Davis know.
SENIORS:
Tux and Drape pictures - September 7th – Schedule for seniors Tux and Drape Yearbook pictures is posted in the Commons Area and outside of JMassey’s classroom. – If there are any conflicts with classes please contact Mrs. Ray before next week.
Seniors and Senior Parents and Guardians: Senior meeting provided lots of important information concerning Senior year, academics and graduation. Please CLICK HERE to access the presentation.
There are spots left in the Senior parking lot. Seniors if you are interested in parking on campus this year and have not purchased a spot See Mrs. Ray TODAY. You have 3 more day until August 31 to request and purchase a spot. You have to have a parking tag to park on campus.

Afternoon Carpool Reminders:
- It begins at 3:25 pm each day on Industrial Road.
- Have your carpool number displayed and easily seen before entering the High School carpool line to help it run smoothly and quickly.
- Please listen to the ZPD officer. They are on campus to help and support carpooling.
First quarter PAL meeting is Monday, August 29th at 7pm in Eagle Hall located in the HS building. Remember to join PAL and be signed up for Dress Down. To purchase: go online to the PAL website at EAST WAKE ACADEMY PAL and choose between the annual pass or the bi-monthly pass hurry annual pass deadline is September 5th and the bi-monthly pass deadline is September 9th!!
CLUBS:
There will be a Diversity Club meeting TODAY Monday, in the Baker Center, during lunch.

If you are at least a sophomore and are interested in joining the Eagle Ambassadors for the 2022-2023 school year, there will be QR codes posted around Eagle Hall. Scan the QR codes to fill out an interest form by Friday, September 2nd. More information will be available shortly.
SPORTS:
“The Mens soccer team improved to 5-0 on Thursday after their 7-0 victory over TMSA! The eagles were led in scoring by Freshman Ian Murillo who had 3 goals and 1 assist, Senior Carter Moore had 2 goals, Sophomore Jordan Fuentes had 1 goal, Senior Cameron Jordan had 1 goal, and freshman Trey Philpot had 2 assist. Trey and Carter also lead the conference in goals scored, Congratulations Eagles soccer!”
