Good Morning Senior Academy
STUDENTS STAY UPDATED:
There will be a CCP information night on Tuesday October 18 at 6pm. Representatives from Nash and Wake Tech Community Colleges will present information about their programs and answer any questions. 10th graders interested in taking CCP classes next school year are recommended to attend.
Rudinos Pizza &Grinders is now hiring! We are always willing to work around school activities & sports schedules. See posted fliers for more information.
**Driver Eligibility forms and Transcripts: After noon September 23th, Driver Eligibility forms and Transcripts will not be available to be pick up until school is back in session after Fall Track out.
- Driver Eligibility forms: Make an appointment with Mrs. Campbell before noon September 23th. kcampbell@eastwakeacademy.org
- Transcripts: Transcript Request Form and payment on MySchoolBucks by noon September 23th in order to have paperwork prepared before Fall track out.
EWA NEWS:
EWA Golf Tournament: The EWA Annual Golf Tournament is back and will be held on October 21st. More information will be sent soon. If you would like to participate or sponsor the event, please contact Candy Weatherspoon. cweatherspoon@eastwakeacademy.org.

Give the gift of warmth! Donate new or gently used coats of any size to the box just outside the front office. Please see Mrs. Broadwell or any First Priority Leader for questions. Our challenge is to collect 100 coats to donate to the Town of Zebulon Coat Drive! The Drive will last until Friday, September 23rd.
SPORTS:
“Men’s soccer team hosts Research Triangle today at 4:00pm at Wendell park. Please come out and be loud to support your eagles soccer team!”
The cross country team had a great performance yesterday. Kelsie Shumsky led the girls with a 6th place overall. The boys had a season best score of 50. Four runners were in the top 10. Ryan Halterman, Rayne Quintana, Daniel Seiler, and Sean Hook. Great job to all that ran.
The Varsity Volleyball team improved their record to 11-1 after a clean sweep of Research Triangle last night. They continue a difficult road week as they face Princeton away today. Go Eagles!!
