Middle Academy Announcements
There will be a MASC lunch meeting Wednesday 10/12 in spirit hall. Bring your lunch and please no heats ups. All members should be present. If you have not paid your dues, please do so on myschoolbucks.com as soon as possible.
There will be a MASC workday on Thursday 10/13 afterschool in room 207 from 3:35-5:15. The Pep Rally is fast approaching so we need all members present. If you are not able to attend please email Ms. Berry.
MA Spirit Week is coming up the last week of October (24th to 28th) so be sure to be on the lookout for more information in your emails from teachers.
Our next First Priority meeting will be next Tuesday, October 18th, during lunch. We will send out more details prior to the meeting.
There will be a COLE meeting in Mrs. Rusho’s room from 3:45 - 4:15 on Monday, October 17. Please see Mrs. Rusho for your COLE folder if you cannot make this meeting.
FBLA permission slips for the Regional Conference and Competition are due Wednesday Oct 12 to Mrs. Warren. If you are competing you will receive your study guides via email within the next week. The competition is scheduled for Saturday December 10 at Enloe High School. Our next meeting will be Friday Oct 21 at 8am in Spirit Hall.

Drop and Pick Up
No students are to be dropped off or picked up at building 5. Any student reported will receive disciplinary action.
Middle Academy Events
Attention all Winter Athletes, 6th-8th grade, who are interested in trying out for Middle School Cheer, Boys Basketball, and Girls Basketball. Please make sure you have a completed and up to date tryout packet ready by your tryout date below. The completed packet will be given to your coach on day one of tryouts. This must be submitted to attend. Visit our athletic website (goewaeagles.org) and click the files/link tab to find the full tryout packet.

Middle Academy Sports Events
**When athletes have away games please initial the roster located outside of the Middle School entrance. Do NOT enter the Middle School office.**
When there is a home game, students need to be picked up during carpool and brought back to school for the game. Students may not linger after school.
Students are NOT to leave for sports while in transition to the next class. They may exit at the time of dismissal for that game day.
