Kindergarten celebrated the 100th day of school today!

After reviewing additional information, East Wake Academy will operate on a two-hour delay tomorrow, Wednesday, January 28.

Staff should report no later than 9:30 a.m.
Students may begin reporting at 9:45 a.m.
WINGS is canceled for tomorrow morning only.

All afterschool activities will take place as scheduled.

Good afternoon EWA families and staff,

With the possibility of inclement weather in the coming days, we want to take a moment to make sure everyone has the information they need and time to prepare. The safety of our students, families and staff is always our top priority.

If weather conditions require us to close school, we will follow the schedule below:
If closed on Monday: Snow Day - No instruction
If closed on Tuesday: Snow Day - No instruction
If closed on Wednesday: Asynchronous Instruction (students will work independently from home)

During the month of December, High School staff and students had the opportunity to nominate a student/peer who was observed displaying adaptability. We had many students nominated, and of those nominated, one student from each grade was chosen to receive a sweet treat. Congratulations to Addison Hurt, Madison Ausborn, Emma Moore, and Santiago Alston! Special thank you to the EWA Eagle Foundation who sponsored the treats for our students!
